The Hunger Games: Mockingjay book review

So if you are here you have hopefully read both the books and my reviews of The Hunger Games and Catching Fire. If you haven’t then look away now, because it will probably be *spoiler alert* time for you!

Mockingjay is the last in the Hunger Games trilogy and the constant edge of your seat drama continues. Katniss has made it out of the Hunger Games, she was pulled out by the rebels and has made it to District 13 which has been around for the last 75 years. Now has come the time for Katniss to really step up. Everything she may have done before to become the hero that everyone looked up to her may have been an accident, but now she must lead the cause and ensure that the Hunger Games she just escaped from was the last one there will ever be.

I have to say what I liked most about these books was the tangled love trial, she never really got with either Peeta or Gales in The Hunger Games or Catching Fire, but does she finally choose someone in the final book. Well, I’ll leave that for those that haven’t read it yet to find out.

Have you see The Hunger Games film yet? Are you looking forward to all three books being adapted?
